For exhibitionists. In the full glare of publicity. This studio will keep you cool in the heat of the Umbrian summer. The roof terrace has a hide-out for two, should you need some privacy. A bonus… this open-air theatre comes fully furnished and equipped.

Just perfect for a romantic couple. Again, very private and tranquil. Neat. A hiding-place, far away from stressful urban living. And yet, not isolated. There is a gourmet restaurant within a stone’s throw.

Shabby chic. Stylish. Very trendy. Minimalism. Restored by a famous architect. Found it in a glossy magazine. Suitable, perhaps, for a young couple without children.
