Afternoon temperatures rising. 34 degrees. Stopping at holes in the wall. A cool drink in the shade.House hunting is so much more than searching “just like that”. It is a love affair. So we make it a tour…
stopping at the cantine for the best wines, the top-quality extra vergine and local cheeses
pausing to take a look at a temple or an abbey,

I think we need to hire you to sell our house! Our other agents done't seem to be doing much good, and it looks like you show your friends/clients a good time while house-hunting! We're on the other side of the E45, but still in the neighborhood!

Buying a house is so much more. The house, the region, the local people, the ambiente... must all speak to your heart. An investment - not only in money, but also in sentiments.
