At least half-way. Building permits have been granted by the local authority, the
Commissione.

Nearly four months of nitty gritties. Of finding ways to integrate solar panels, without changing the townscape. Intricate. A delicate matter in a
centro storico, historic centre. And, obviously, not an everyday issue.

Expertise involved. Apart from the architect. A geologist and two engineers. Know-how had to be built. Inventiveness needed.
Problem shooting. Valuable lessons. final drawings accepted. Hurray!

Midway. Next stop is the regional authority. Construction safety is crucial. Solid rock is no guarantee, where earthquakes may occur. Rigorous regulations for an anti-seismic construction. Another three months of waiting.

And yet another twelve months, before we can have the
chiave in mano, before we can turn the key... In Italy everything comes to those (wily birds) who are capable of waiting. Here patience, perseverance and ingenuity are virtues. Compliments to our Italian team of professionals!
Enjoy your week, everyone!

Påfrestande skulle det vara för mig som vill att allt ska bli snabbt färdigt. Men så här på avstånd går det bra att följa gången.
